Review:
This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location. The furnishings and decor are gorgeous. The bedroom whilst small is great as is the bathroom. The staff are very helpful and friendly indeed. They are very pleased for working in such an amazing building. I do think you should be told you will be charged for each coffee you have from the machine in your bedroom. I also think the breakfast could be improved to a buffet style.

Perfect location in the heart of city, beautiful sea view, the room is simply excellent! Everything inside is new, perfect and comfortable. Nice sun terrace on the roof with pool/jaquzzi. They have very good vine cellar and gourmet kitchen, it's a new menu each day with wide variety of delicious meals (meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruites, desserts). Prices are reasonable if we talk about 5stars hotel. It's very pleasant to have Nespresso coffee machine in the room with the set of 16 Grands Crus capsules. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I believe this is the best hotel in Benidorm indeed, highly recommended!

The rooms have a TV, a choice of pillows and mattresses and mini-bar design. The bathroom has panoramic views and whirlpool, and features store-coded remote control, to shower with privacy or overlooking the sea. Guests can enjoy coffee and an exclusive tea set in the same room. All this without forgetting the facilities for those who want to combine work with their leisure time taking advantage of wi-fi and service portable

Positive:
Nice staff
Great view

Negative:
Small rooms
Small pool

Hotel Palace GL, Barcelona, Spain

Location: Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 668, L'Eixample, 08010 Barcelona, Spain

Description: El Palace Hotel Barcelona has 125 rooms fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology. They are all decorated with the elegant, renowned style of our own brand of classic luxury. El Palace combine the charm of old world luxury with re-done rooms, very friendly staff, right in the middle of Barcelona.

Review:  El Palace is home to Barcelona's most exclusive halls, available to all those looking for an exceptional, unique setting in the heart of the city. El Palace guarantees your celebration will exceed all expectations, held in a setting designed to ensure the success of every event. The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing. This beautiful old hotel is very focused on good service and there was always a member of staff to cater for every reqirement.

Breakfast is served in a heated garden room and is the best buffet breakfast from Spain. The breakfast is 30 euros but all visitors receive a 50 euros voucher for the restaurants. The staff are attentive without being obtrusive, the hotel is very comfortable and spacious with beautiful decor, and an air of efficient calm pervades.

Rooms - The management really should close some of them and use for storage or stock rooms. I was on the second floor and had to change it just minutes after I arrived. In the fifth floor I didn’t notice anything. If you keep your noisy room for all the days, your value of this hotel will be 1/5, instead the 4/5 it can achieve.

Staff – so friendly and pleasure in general, but some of them need training in the luxury service, like the man who took my bags up and receiving no tip (not deserved) slammed the door and frowning when he saw me in the lobby. So rude.

Restaurants – one Michelin star Caellis is brilliant. Don't lose the opportunity to taste this delicious restaurant. The second restaurant is simply part of an open living room, not very suggestive. Not feel like going.  Breakfast is served in a lovely setting, the food offered is ok but not worth the money.

Gym – Really poor. One of the the worst areas in the hotel. 3 machines and one of them out of service.

Positive:
Proffessional service
Unique rooms
Excellent food

Negative:
Boring place
Old bathrooms
Fitness Center

Fascinating Hotel Negresco - Côte d'Azur, Nice, France

Location: 37 Promenade Des Anglais, 06000 Nice. It is a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and Nice Train Station.

Description: The Negresco, on the seafront in the heart of Nice, is one of the Riviera's super-glamorous hotels. This hotel's splendid early 20th-century architecture and enviable seafront location overlooking the Promenade des Anglais have made it a legend on French Riviera. Bedrooms are the last word in luxury and magnificent works of art and antique furniture abound. Gourmets can choose to dine in the hotel's Le Chantecler restaurant or top-class brasserie La Rotonde , which boasts an unusual carousel-style decor complete with wooden horses.

Review:  The hotel itself is an art; a lot of art work and antique collections to see. Our room is very huge and decent; bathroom is clean and well equipped. All the staff we encountered are very professional and resourceful. The food in the Michelin Star Chantecler Restaurant isdelicious and the ambiance in the Regency style dining room isso relaxing which is superseeded by the ever attentive professional staff. The presence of an individual sculpture on each table was unique. Different floors have different designs and settings, each room has its own charm. There are a total of six floors in this hotel. The hotel has a somewhat museum feel with paintings, sculptures and art ever where the eye can see.

The hotel offers valet and free parking which keeps it true to its name and service; arriving guests worry about nothing but just check themselves in and enjoy their stay. The entire staff is professional, friendly and very eager to help.

Each room has its own specific and unique décor inspired and modeled from French Art/History and varying from Louis XIII to Art Deco. Upon walking into the room you feel as though you are transported back in time into an imperial maison/suite: ceilings are extremely high, the bathroom is large and grand covered in marble, rooms are spacious, walls are covered with fabric wall-papering and scattered with beautiful furniture and art.

Positive:
History location
Seaview rooms
The service
The art collection
The cleanliness
The location

Negative:
Costs of extra food, drink
A bit far from city center
Traffic noise
